How It All Started

Paurendo Limited began in 2015 when a group of passionate arts enthusiasts realized there wasn’t a dedicated platform for Irish cultural events tailored to mature audiences.

We weren’t satisfied with generic event listings scattered across the internet. People in their 40s, 50s, and 60s deserved better — curated content from galleries actually worth visiting, lectures from historians who really know their subject, and craft fairs showcasing genuine traditional makers.

Since those early days, we’ve grown to cover everything from major Dublin gallery openings to intimate storytelling circles in smaller towns. We’ve built relationships with museums, cultural centers, and independent artisans across the country. Most importantly, we’ve created a community where people actually engage with Ireland’s artistic legacy.

That’s still what drives us today. We don’t just list events — we curate them. We verify quality. We highlight the stories behind the exhibitions. And we make sure you know exactly what you’re getting before you commit your time.

What We Cover

Our platform brings together the best of Irish arts and cultural events. Here’s what we keep you updated on.

Gallery Exhibitions

Contemporary & Traditional Galleries

New exhibitions opening across Ireland — from modern contemporary work in Dublin’s Temple Bar to traditional Irish art in Cork and Galway. We update you the moment something worth seeing opens.

Historical Lectures

Expert-Led Learning Series

Historians, archaeologists, and cultural scholars leading in-depth discussions on Irish history, architecture, literature, and traditions. These aren’t surface-level talks — we focus on depth and genuine expertise.

Craft Fairs

Artisan Markets & Craft Shows

Where traditional craftspeople gather — from ceramics and weaving to woodwork and jewelry. You’ll find makers who actually practice their craft, not mass-produced imports dressed up as artisan goods.

Storytelling Evenings

Traditional Irish Storytelling

Séanchaí gatherings, traditional storytelling nights, and literary events celebrating Irish oral culture. We curate sessions that bring Irish folklore and contemporary stories to life.

Why We’re Different

In a sea of event aggregators, Paurendo Limited stands apart through genuine curation and authentic community.

Quality Over Quantity

We don’t just scrape event calendars. Every listing is reviewed and verified. You won’t find poorly organized workshops or low-effort exhibitions here.

Your Age Group

Content tailored for adults 40-60 who want substance. No condescension, no oversimplification. We assume you’re sophisticated and seeking meaningful cultural engagement.

Ireland-Wide Coverage

From Dublin to Donegal, Cork to Carlow. We cover major institutions and hidden gems. Local matters. Regional culture matters. We reflect that.

Real Community

We’ve built a community of people who actually care about these events. You’ll find thoughtful discussions, genuine recommendations, and fellow enthusiasts.

Keeping Traditions Alive

Irish cultural heritage isn’t just about the past — it’s living, breathing, and evolving. Traditional storytelling, craft techniques passed down through generations, and artistic traditions continue to thrive. Paurendo Limited connects you with the people and places keeping these traditions alive.

Whether it’s learning about ancient Irish manuscript illumination techniques, attending a seisiún where musicians gather for traditional Irish sessions, or watching a master craftsperson work with materials they’ve been using for decades — we help you access these experiences.

We believe adults in their 40s, 50s, and 60s are perfectly positioned to truly appreciate and understand Irish cultural heritage. You’ve got time to go deep. You’re not rushing through for a social media post. You’re there because you genuinely want to understand and connect with Irish culture.
